FUZE Partners with Lagotek on Media and Control Solution

New Partnership Focused on Delivering Whole-Home Solution for Homebuilders

San Jose, Calif., November 5, 2007 – FUZE Media Systems, a leader in reliable whole-home media distribution, and Lagotek, a leading provider of home automation solutions to the homebuilder channel, today announced that they have entered into agreement for joint product and market development. The companies aim to deliver the homebuilding industry’s first complete whole-home media and home automation solution.

The companies will leverage existing products but enable Lagotek’s Home Intelligence Platform to interface with the FUZE Media System. The resulting solution will enable homebuilders to install both whole-home control and media solutions, utilizing the simplicity of Lagotek’s HIP100 control panel for both control and media functions. While both companies’ systems can be installed jointly today, this integration will provide the end user with an integrated, unified interface and control mechanism that leverages the power of Lagotek’s whole home automation and FUZE’s easy-to-use media system.
