Michael D’Addio, Chief Executive Officer
Michael has more than three decades of experience building successful companies. In 1979 he founded and served as the President, CEO and Chairman of Corvus Systems, which he subsequently took public in 1981. In 1986, Michael founded Videonics, a digital video equipment provider, which he took public in 1994. He was CEO and Chairman of Videonics from founding until its acquisition by Focus Enhancements in 2001. Following the acquisition, Michael became the President and CEO of Focus Enhancements, until he retired in 2002. Michael emerged from retirement to serve as the President & CEO of Coaxsys, Inc. from 2003-2006, and after a second round of retirement beginning in 2006, he became excited with FUZE Media Systems and joined the company as a Board member and its CEO. Michael is also a member of the Board of Directors of Focus Enhancements and the National Council of Northeastern University. He holds an A.B. degree in mathematics from Northeastern University.
Richard Fenwick, Co-Founder, President, and CTO
Richard brings over 23 years of executive management experience in the video entertainment and electronic design fields. He previously served as the Senior VP of R&D/Engineering at On Command Corporation, managing this area during the company’s growth from $1.5 million to $250 million in revenue. While at On Command Richard managed all product development and technical support and was also responsible for negotiating and managing partnerships with key industry players such as Sony, DirecTV, Yahoo, Microsoft, Mitsubishi, Philips and Thomson. Prior to On Command, Richard was at Electrospace Systems and designed Secure Voice digital PBX systems for the White House, Pentagon and others. Richard holds MSEE and BSEE degrees from Texas A&M University.
Phil Sheridan, Co-Founder and VP of Product Development
Phil has over 23 years of executive sales, marketing, and general management experience. Most recently Phil was at Quest Software, a leading supplier of Windows-based management and messaging products for the enterprise. Phil’s background also includes VP and Director level positions in sales, marketing, development and services at companies like Aelita Software, Tivoli/IBM, Boole and Babbage (now BMC), and others. Phil holds an MS in Management Information Systems from The University of Arizona and a BS in Business Administration from Miami University (OH).
Ronald Lessack, Co-Founder and VP of Operations
Ron has over 25 years of executive management experience in the video entertainment and electronics industries. At On Command Corporation he was responsible for Operations, including manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, field service, installation, call center and facilities. His responsibilities included the management of 350 field service personnel that installed video on demand systems and handled 24/7 support of over 3000 hotels. Prior to On Command, Ron was VP and General Manager for Watkins-Johnson’s Commercial Group. Ron holds a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Stanford University and a BSEE from The University of Michigan.
Bob Silver, VP of Sales and Marketing
Bob has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the high tech industry. An early employee at Apple Computer, Bob ran several sales groups selling to Apple’s resellers during the time Apple introduced of the Macintosh Computer. Bob was then relocated to Apple HQ where he managed Apple’s US reseller channel and several strategic sales groups. After 10 years at Apple Bob joined Compression Labs, the pioneer of video conferencing where he was VP WW Marketing and Sales. Bob was recruited from CLI to Cadence Design as VP Marketing for the Alta Business Unit. Bob has also held positions managing the CEDIA residential and commercial sales channels in the North West for AMX Corporation and as VP Sales for SigmaQuest, an enterprise software solutions provider. Bob holds a BBA degree in Business & Computer Science from Temple University.
