The FUZE system is configured, not programmed, which means that dealers need only specify names, zones, and levels. Once installed, FUZE offers a trace system that enables its installed systems to be remotely monitored. In this manner, FUZE anticipates customer questions and is able to prevent costly follow-up service visits. Furthermore, our network design improves reliability: It is a specifically implemented, protected environment that uses a high-end Cisco router. Finally, installers get the benefit of having all of a home’s media on one network—which means running one wire instead of needing to install multiple wires and cable boxes throughout the home.
